Our Programs
Tiny Tigers - 4 to 6 years old
Our Tiny Tigers program contains a detailed curriculum designed specifically for children ages 4-6 years old.
It is designed to give these children an introduction to the martial arts but also work on their basic listening & motor skills.
These skills will help them enter society with a more confident & enthusiastic approach.

Junior Karate - 7 to 13 years old
Our Junior Karate Program is for children ages 7 to 13.
It is designed to help your child build motor skills, increase concentration, and develop the self confidence they will need to succeed in this ever changing world.
All children's classes are specifically designed to improve children's endurance and concentration levels.
These skills will help them perform better in school as well as prepare them for the future.

Adult Karate - 14 years old and up
Our adult programs are designed to challenge all levels of fitness without feeling overwhelming.
When you begin your training, your age, gender, or current physical condition REALLY doesn’t matter.
Everyone begins with the basics and then naturally moves toward more advanced techniques.
You work at your own pace and training in Martial Arts is anything but boring.
It's a high energy, fat burning, stress reducing, and super charged workout. Lose weight, get in shape, increase flexibility, improve muscle tone & cardiovascular endurance, and relieve stress while learning self-defense. This is only the start.

Grappling - 13 years old and up
Our Grappling program allows you to learn and practice ground fighting and self-defense skills in a safe environment. It can be taken as your only martial art or as a suppliment to your normal martial arts training.
It is program that will give you fitness, strength, and endurance, and has many other benefits such as increasing co-ordination, assertiveness, balance, mental focus, flexibility and confidence.
But more than anything it is fun! The training is invigorating and thought provoking. We challenge you to learn new things while getting fit and making friends.
